MOD 'Tier A' vs lvl 15 MOD, both yellow...

Am I missing something right under my nose, or is there a visual indicator missing from all MODs?

Scenario: You get x3 Receiver (arrow) mods. First one is Tier A (yellow), second is Tier C (blue), third is Tier E (white). You level all three mods to lvl 15. Now all three are (yellow).

How can we know which mod is a true Tier A, versus the ones that are only 'yellow' due to level?

I know you may say, well compare the stats. But not all mods have the same stats, and not all mods increase equally. One may have %percentage raises, while the other fixed numbers, and in different attributes.

I'd really like to know how to filter or see all mods that were Tier A from lvl 1.

  • It will say MKV-A for gold 5 star mods
MKIV-A for gold 4 star mods
MKV-E for white 5 star mods and so on

Edit- nevermind, seems that bake hanged as well when upgraded
  • Sell grey, work on any that have speed secondary. Now you can also "lock" those tier A lv 1 gold mods before lv it up.
  • You aren't missing anything, OP. There is no way to tell them apart ... other than the size of their secondaries. It would be nice if the mod letters (ABCDE) did not change to retain that information, but it is really irrelevant once they are L12-15. You already know, that which you need.
  • I understand it only denotes how many secondaries it has at lvl one, but that also means it could have a stat that is x4 higher than another mod of the same secondaries. If at lvl 3, 6, 9, and 12 all boosted the same single secondary stat, if it started as a Tier A.
  • Google : "crouchingrancor mods adviser" , should find the tools to find your mods, with the pwr they have,
