lol the only way to beat rng, is to drop more money than anyone else.

I'm pretty sure Charlatan has spent way more crystals buying up mods in shipments than any of you have in the game.

For those who are green with envy with his speed secondaries. You aren't even competing in the same level (referring to the willingness to spend on shipments)
