I'm sorry, but the whole "if you can't beat 'em, nerf 'em" mentality is pure garbage. The problem isn't the secondary stats. They are equally available to everyone. You spend more, you have a better chance at rolling them. Either step up your spending, and get some mods with decent secondaries, or step aside. But complain about it? Please...

EA/CG has a right to make money, and those who spend it SHOULD have better mods than those that don't.
