Idk how physical attack power is calculated... but clearly something is aloof with it.
Each attack has a multiplier attached to it that gets multiplied off of the physical damage. If your physical damage is, for example, 2500 and the multiplier is x2 then you can expect the attack hit for around 5k non crit with a small variance. If you get great offense mods and get your physical damage up to 3000, then you can expect the attack to hit for around...6k. All that work and just a 1k difference. This is why I can't justify an offense set on any of my attackers
