On the other hand, T5 health mods are easy to 3* and are great right now (and you can reuse them later as you get speed/crit/etc).

Everyone is able to get the health mods. That will be baseline. But it's not enough to make you nearly competitive in the Top 10 Arena and it's definitely not enough to beat the node 11/12 whale teams in GW.
