What the hell did Potency have anything to do with the broke-@$$ Mods they introduced to this game? Potency and Tenacity shouldn't even exist in the first place anyway. If you have a 25% chance to do something and you hit that 25% chance, it should just happen, not get multiplied against 2 other values anyway unless there's a Teancity buff like Yoda or Rex give. Man oh man, this game is totally going in the wrong direction...
