Mods with same primary and secondary Question

I was under the impression that it was not possible to have a mod with same primary and secondary. As a matter of fact, I have a total of 0 mods of this sort. Diamonds with %defense secondary, squa...

Also based on that mod one can assume it's one of the original version 1 mods that got a re rolled primary ability.

Initially it may have had a primary of 30 speed on that triangle which they removed. Replaced primary triangle speed with health which is why u see double health now.

Beleive it or not I dont care just giving you some insight as to what happened years ago.
