Mods with same primary and secondary Question

I was under the impression that it was not possible to have a mod with same primary and secondary. As a matter of fact, I have a total of 0 mods of this sort. Diamonds with %defense secondary, squa...

And I'd love to have one of these double health% mods with a good roll on the % secondary, that would be gold in current times where characters are getting higher and higher health pools (and getting even higher once we go into relic 8-xx area).
