What if the protection for GW healed over time. So if you jumped straight into the next match, the protection bar remains where you left off. If you come back say 5 minutes later, it's replinished by 25%. 10 minutes later replinished by 75%, or 12 minutes later for full refresh. Then this could be sped up by using crystals. Somewhat similar to an Arena match in that regard.
GW takes too long as it is now anyways. This would just make it longer. I think protection is a crap idea and it should be taken out of GW. I love the game but I have a life, I can't spend 8 hours a day playing it unless they want to start paying me instead of the other way around!
