Most flexible Non GL R8 choices?
So I’m interested in peoples thoughts on the most flexible high value R8 choices! EXCLUDING Galactic Legends or any of their requirements…… My suggestions are based around RoTE phase and usefulnes...

Yes, they're still flaming hot garbage in a dumpster on fire in a landfill on fire. You're still making them with excessive stats and ridiculous abilities and they're still making an entire roster, even R8 and R9 characters, USELESS because datacrons on any character can pretty much make them invincible.
Other than that, I'd go Starkiller and Aphra.
That would only need R7….
