Pretty accurate. Episodes 1-3 are some of the worst films ever made in general + the clone wars movie. Lucas had to finance some of episode two with money out of his own pockets.

You can have a subjective opinion on the lore and how the prequels fit in the sw universe, but there are objective standards by which you can critique films and the technique (or lack thereof) used to make said film. This is where the prequels fail.

I dont care if you like having the frame lazily cluttered with CGI garbage, but if you deny or are ignorant of the lack of any substantial cinematic techniques, characters, consistent tone, or comprehensible plot of the prequels, then you aren’t exactly qualified to tell other people what their opinions should be.
