They aren't farmable until further announcement from dev team. The way to get them is via event, and buy shard in crystal shipment/chronium pack. Sorry, but we all have to wait :disappointed:

All feeble attempts at humor earlier aside, it's what warmonkey and dejak said. Right now its only crystals in shipments access the special events. There's been no official word yet about where /when.
