Bump.

Being expected to climb 50+ ranks in fleet arena every single day for worse rewards when others sit on dead shards and don't fall out of the top 5 is clearly indicative of a bad game mode.

Rewards should be proportional to the amount of effort put in and the current reward structure for fleet arena is antithetical to that idea.
