Multiple/Glitched Purchases

Question

So as the title suggests I’ve had multiple/glitched charges come through for the Scorch £74.99 pack, the other week I bought the 29.99 and the 74.99 packs as I have with the other 3 clones I got what I paid for and went about my business…

But I’ve just checked my banking app today and found that I’ve got 3x charges for the 74.99 pack… I’ve heard that in-game support is terrible for this kinda of help so I wasn’t sure what to do so I went to my bank to dispute it since I’m £150 down and I NEED that money for other outgoings…

Ive since been told that I should of come here and asked about it before disputing it as disputes can get your account shut down and now I’m worry I’ll lose my account that I’ve spent over £1,000 on over a dispute for £150! I really hope that I can get my money back and not loose my account!

I have also had multiple charges taken by EA and logged it as case 211766639. I have been told that they are aware and have resolved the issue but I still haven’t had a refund. I have also been told to use the Forum.
