Was there a mythic event last time Or did they just nerf the bonus round hard core? I had fun figuring out how to fight that last wave last time and this time I breezed through it, and I only upgraded...

Yeah but not only did I do it first time, this time all of my troopers still had most protection, full health, and the enemy team only took a total of about 5 turns between all of them. Only my storm trooper seemed to have mid protection.
