Currently doing the Naboo raid and after dozens of attempts it seems the raid has gotten tougher rather than easier? The enemies seems to be faster and have more health? Is anyone else noticing it got tougher after CG mentioned they’d be making it easier?

Yes, this round was much harder. Teams that were easily doing Tier 3 are barely clearing 2. I think they made some kind of error with the changes?
No error by EA, this is by design. They are trying to push people into spending money out of frustration. They only temporarily made things less difficult because there was such an outcry at how bad the Naboo raid is. They've clearly started adjusting it back to how bad it was before hoping no one would say anything
This stupid raid ending early on relic level 3 tier when using Quadme. 200k then doom timer hits.
My sep team used to get 676k on auto and can't even clear the first wave now
The first 2 tier should definetly be easier. The droids are still too fast on those tiers and the crappy RNG elements are killing your runs on these tiers even faster that it is in the higher tiers.
I'm tending to agree with this. Two weeks ago I was able to easily use my Luminara team to beat T4 pretty easily for 1.2 million. Since then, my team has only gotten better. However, after multiple attempts (at least 10) over the last two raids, I was only able to get 1 million at best. Something doesn't seem right with higher tiers. Tier 0-1 seem to have changed for the better, thankfully. I was able to get nominal points with non relic Darth Maul/Sidious. Not a lot of points, but something nonetheless.
This raid is….just bad. It’s slow and boring AF plus it can be incredibly RNG dependent. I mean, who wants to sit and watch counter attacks? Who doesn’t love when the dopey droids heal from a silver of red back to full health before your turn?
My near-600M guild is losing its patience on this. We dread whenever it launches. We could hit higher crates but it is not worth our sanity. Punt.
First 3 times I did the raid with a zLuminara squad it took 1 or two attempts to get max score. Afterwards, until the KAM LSB, I couldn't get a full clear ever. Only until I bought and brought KAM up to relics was I able to achieve max points again with ease.
When did CG say that they would be making it easier? I am not saying that they didn't say that, just that if they did, I missed that announcement.
Also, when we were talking about this stuff when the raid first came out, it was clear that they made it easier to max score the higher your relics. yes, the enemy stats improved, but your stats improved faster starting at the r7 tier and continuing through r8 and r9 tiers.
If they make the raid easier, I wouldn't expect them to touch the r5+ tiers. (I mean they could, what do I know? But I wouldn't expect it.)
Only tier 0-1: In the Battle for Naboo Raid, we have reduced the health recovery of enemies in Tier 0 and 1, the team will continue to monitor and make adjustments if necessary. In the update 14/08/24.
Not seen a complaint in the month since release. So I suspect OP is experiencing a bad RNG run which still happens, perhaps struggling to crit if they appear to have more health. I tend to build more offense so I don’t need to crit as much.
Nope same thing is happening for me. My score had gone down every new raid for the last 3 raids in a row. And I go through and waste the time to optimize my units with the best mods and do as many raid runs as it takes to get the best score.
They've definitely made it more difficult, probably because the only reason they made it easier was because people complained. But they never wanted to do it in the first place and they think they can just adjust it and not say anything and if no-one complains then mission accomplished as far as those greedy **bleep** are concerned.
Everything about this game is about making more money, not about putting out a good quality game
They came out with an update saying they would adjust the difficulty of tier 0 and 1 because so many guilds weren't even scoring high enough to get the first crate. It was about 1-2 months ago
I honestly don't even know why there is a Tier 0 since its impossible to complete it with G11 teams. Barely even G12. Also yes it does seem more difficult. Health Recovery on Tier 0 & 1 didn't really make it that much easier honestly. Tier 0 is 300k points is it really that much to ask to make it accessible to complete for someone that has G10 G11 heroes?
I don’t think it’s much to ask for a few relic characters for the raid at this point. My mixed R5 B2, R5 Droideka, G12 Nute, G12 Maul and G12 Sidious does well on Tier 1 almost maxes and they are not particularly well modded. They are my last team to invest in. But if I was a newish player I would have picked one viable squad from the streamers who solved the optimum squads and get to max score R5 as my main goal and been happy with a 1.2M contribution. I would have done this gradually to rise them up tiers progressively. I have already done this to R7 for two new squads and R5 for a third but I would have a higher gear income than a newer player.
