if the shards only 3 days old no one would have LSB'S Thats why he's concerned

As above- players dont enter fleet immediatly, so they can be active growing their account prior to reaching level 60.
This is a fleet shard, players can be active in the game for quite some time before entering a fleet shard.
It’s a 3 day old shard people in my fleet shard discord were seeded in the top 30s when they joined
