Negotiator drop rate is depressing

When we had Malevolence it was really cool cos buying energy 5-8 times each day for a week give us 110-145 shards for 3-4k crystal s

Drop rate of negotiator is 11 for 1550 energy. And it means you have to spend 12000-18000 to get 120-145 of Negotiator
