New assault battle challenge tiers

So when it says "asks you to bring in relic 3+ for challenge tier 1" does that mean minimum requirement, or just recommended?

You can play all tiers of assault battles... so it doesn’t matter since you aren’t missing out assuming this rule is carried over for challenge tiers
