New assault battle challenge tiers

So when it says "asks you to bring in relic 3+ for challenge tier 1" does that mean minimum requirement, or just recommended?

Not really a fan of completely simmable ... How about the option to just go to top tier and complete that one, then all the lower tiers are automatically completed and the rewards are all pooled up together.
