Yes, you do. Spending crystals is spending crystals, no matter what area of the screen you touch to spend them.

Can’t believe nobody is jumping up and down about the fact that they originally said the new ship would come on the 6th so we could plan cantina hoarding then they moved it up to the 1st. No more hoarding. They re limiting our ability to get shards from the cantina drops. I’m sure it will be followed by a much more expensive way to get shards and then immediately followed by an extreme need to have the ship maxed along with vulture droid.

And development on a live product is largely about keeping multiple plates spinning. There are always bugs to fix. Can't let that stop production.
