Due to gambling laws in Belgium and Brazil we can’t buy new character packs with shards. Due to this it is impossible for us to advance in colisseum or to unlock newly released journey characters. ...

In Brazil, a similar law was approved, and we are able to buy packs anymore as well. A friend told about VPN, but I'm not sure if CG would ban my account
