He was probably drawing attention to the fact that the information has been posted. There have been at least half a dozen of these posts. Do you really expect him to come to each one and give the answer?

History pretty clearly shows that when they give a date to release something, they're referring to business hours in their own timezone. They still have another couple hours before I'd worry about missed deadlines, being located in UTC -8.
