Ships are fine, particularly as all 3 "GL" capital ships can be beaten by off-meta counters. Its a very nice balance, particularly in GAC when both you and your opponenent have every available ship.
Sure, but after how long? And at what cost? If releasing a single ship like the Punishing One has thrown the entire meta into chaos, I can't imagine what a whole new fleet could do.
