Yes. I still disagree. It maybe a single turn, but it is most definitely multiple hits. It's a buff.

Let me stop you right there. By this definition it is a buff. Once again, you are wrong. It may be a "bug fix" but it's one that makes her a lot stronger. As it was she was a high risk character that had to avoid attacking counter characters. Now she can attack them with impunity.
Its simple logic. If a character is made significantly stronger, its a buff.
If a character is not working as intended, and the in game results are fixed it's a bug fix, not a buff.
and if a character is made significantly stronger, whether by "bug fix" or not, its a buff. I don't think you understand what a buff is. You can call it what you want. Rey is now much stronger. This is a bug fix in name only.
That's right. It is a bug fix in name only, so call it by its name - a bug fix.
