One time, there was an Owner of a vineyard and He needed some workers.
So, at 9AM, He went to the market to find some.
He saw some peoples just sitting around doing nothing.
He said to them "why are you just sitting around and do nothing?"
They said "noone wants to hire us."
He then said "go to My vineyard, work there and I will pay you well."
After they have agreed the wages, 1 Dinar a day, they went to the master's vineyard.

At 12PM, the Master felt that he needed more workers.
So He went back to the market and found another workers.
He hired them too.

At 16PM, He hired yet another workers to speed things up.

At 19PM, he said to the overseer, "call them and let me pay them", "But let the latest come to Me first, followed by the earlier ones, untill all are paid".

The workers from the 16PM came forward and accepted 1 Dinar each.
Then the ones from the 12PM and then those from the 9PM.
All received 1 Dinar each.

The Master then heard that those from the 9AM grumbled.
And He asked them "Why are you grumbling?"
And they said to Him "You are unfair. How come those who came at 16PM received the same amount as we did?", "didn't we have to suffer the burning of the sun and work longer hours, compared to them?"

The Master said "i was not being unjust to you. Didn't we agree that the wages were 1 Dinar a day. And I paid you so. Am I not free to do anything that pleases Me with My possessions or are you jealous/envious because i was generous?"
