New mod slice dropping rates

OK so it's clear that bonus means double should you get a drop. However, nothing is dropping... This is the issue. Is this indicative of the upcoming drop rate? Are the drops intended to be as rare, or more rare than Zetas? If the Devs would chime in promptly, or be forthcoming, promptly, these threads would not be required. The Devs clearly have no objection to conjecture, though it seems some players do;)
