New mod slice dropping rates

Well the upgrade thing we all knew about. It's a 25% chance for any mod now to upgrade a stat. So when you upgraded a stat underneath did get upgraded, but the issue is that as I understood it let's say you have a level 1 green mat. It should show all the 4 possible secondaries, but right now it's not. It's only showing the single one. However when you upgrade one of them will get upgraded 4 times. The problem is on green, blue and purple mods you won't see all the stats that could be upgraded. So I would recommend upgrading a green mat to level 3 and see if it jumps. If it does you lucked out. If it doens't jump then it means one of the underlying stats is getting bumped and you won't know for sure which one until you reveal it. Kind of dumb liek taht in my opinion, but likely something that will be resolved once all mod changes are rolled out.
