New mod slice dropping rates

I just spent 400 energy, did x5 sims on four different 'bonus' drop points: got zero drops. Is it working?! This is the bonus time so... What is this?

drop rates SUCK!!!! i barly got maybe 30 out of maybe 60 pulls.

Dark trooper datacron?
Unless I’m missing something, he can’t stun people? Was this supposed to be for death trooper or are we required to get the lvl6 that stuns to make use of his lvl9?
