New mod slice dropping rates
I just spent 400 energy, did x5 sims on four different 'bonus' drop points: got zero drops. Is it working?! This is the bonus time so... What is this?

This isn't a big enough sample to be more than anecdotal, but after the client restart that introduced the change, I got no slicing mats in over 30 battles. A second forced restart landed last night, and since then, I have gotten over a dozen in 20 or so tries. *shrug*
