Also event is adding more pieces not doubling them currently

New mod slices will have a new energy

Also like other things will come in many ways both free and paid.

Panic on day 1 is typical of every change and the end of days signs are always available at the front desk from the last time for convenience!

But depending on hard node costs next few days will be intresting crowd posted data im sure and is new so no matter what will take time to adjust/review/digest

Did you all forget to add the items to the drop list? No one in my guild got any salvage from the event so far.

Double drops should be on the percentage. Not the material.

The simple point is the drop rate is absolutely pitiful... Regardless if it's labaled as bonus drops or double drops

No were does it say that this is double drops. It says that these are "bonus drops" to the regular drops. Which also means much like a few others have pointed out. These new pieces will probably drop as reliably as the Reinforcement Materials did on the Barris node. So if anyone spends anymore Crystal's than they feel comfortable with hope to get a wind fall of bonus materials. Well you should know better by now.

And the backlash for the RI droprate should have clued them in that for something to be a "bonus drop", it actually has to drop more often than once in a million.

The final droprate of RI mats on ship nodes probably isn't any better than it was in the cantina, but gets FAR less complaints. Because it isn't labeled as a "bonus", isn't hyped and isn't played up to be this fancy freebie that is given to us so graciously. It's simply the droprate as it is supposed to be. Just as people mope about getting 0 zetas from a challenge, but kinda accept that that is the rate you want us to farm zeta mats at.

But this is a very limited time offer (6 days): just put these things in at a decent droprate (and risk whales farming the kitten out of them), or give what you think we should get in a package. Don't put them in there at a measly droprate so that whales who farm the kitten out of them don't get too much of a headstart. That is, as we see, just a recipe for upsetting everybody!

Giving us one full set of slicing mats would be a better way of stirring up interest. As is, many will say "Meh, who cares".
