I believe I addressed this with the following quote in my original post:
"I know I'll lose to banners since I get 0 from the fight I can't win and 0 points for the zone I can't clear, but I can at least have fun doing the fleet or fighting the backwall. "
I understand that you addressed this. My point is that you can attack the back wall and fleet AND win with some strategy changes.
