It’s a lot more than just the raid characters - think of the gear and guild currency you’ll build up while waiting on the shards.
It’s the only thing you can do to progress your account that doesn’t award XP.
If they really wanted to fix it? Make guilds unlock at a higher player level than arena. They’re close already. ?♂️
