New proposed Stormtroopers Zeta change on "Wall of Stormtroopers"

I have a suggestion about a possible Zeta Change. I'm not sure where I can post this since I really don't see posting this out in the open any good as it will just get passed by. Currently Empire ...

Or it grants a unique buff that: While Emperor Palpatine, Darth Vader, Thrawn, Tarkin, or Krennic are alive Stormtrooper gains this buff that grants him revive with 100% health 15% protection, 100% turn meter, and grants all allies 75% Turn Meter when he has been defeated.
