GL Mitth'raw'nuruodo Kit Concept

Inspiration:
- Legends material, and his appearances in 'Rebels' and 'Ahsoka'
- He doesn't have the Empire tag, as this Thrawn is from the Post-Empire era
- His event, 'Long Live The Empire', showcases his iconic moments from 'Star Wars: Rebels' and 'Star Wars: Ahsoka'
- This kit captures Thrawn's cunning stratagem and tactical genius, as well as his ability to outwit his enemies and demoralise them
- Since his Ultimate ability is very powerful, his Ultimate Charge gain is slow

Synergy Suggestions:
- Captain Pellaeon
- Eli Vanto
- Dark Trooper Moff Gideon
- Moff Gideon
- Captain Enoch

Unit Name: Mitth'raw'nuruodo
Relic Amplifier: Ysalamiri
Affiliation: Galactic Legend, Dark Side, Support
Tags: Leader, Imperial Remnant

Attacks and Abilities

Basic: Decisive Command
Deal Physical damage to enemy, inflict Daze for 2 turns and all Imperial Remnant allies gain Tactical Insight until the end of the encounter. If it is Mitth'raw'nuruodo’s turn, remove 100% Turn Meter from target enemy. This attack cannot be Evaded.

Tactical insight: Assist when the leader uses a Special ability, recover 20% Protection, and then lose Tactical insight.

Special 1: Eliminate All Outcomes (Cooldown: 5)
Inflict all enemies with Buff Immunity for 2 turns, which cannot be Resisted, Evaded, or Dispelled. Then dispel all buffs on all enemies. All enemies lose 5% speed for the rest of the encounter (stacking, max 25%).

Special 2: Masterful Calculation (Cooldown: 4)
Cleanse all Debuffs on all allies. All Imperial Remnant allies gain 10% Mastery (stacking). Then, Rally all Imperial Remnant allies.

Rallied characters act based on their role:
- Tanks Taunt and gain Critical Hit Immunity for 2 turns
- Attackers assist, dealing 40% less damage
- Healers and Supports restore 15% Health and Protection to all allies

Leader: Heir to the Empire
Imperial Remnant allies gain 30 Speed, 60% Mastery, 30% Max Protection and 30% Max Health. Whenever an Imperial Remnant ally is defeated, Mitth'raw'nuruodo gains a bonus turn.

Unique 1: Master Tactician
Mitth'raw'nuruodo ignores Taunt, Stealth, Outmanoeuvre, and Marked during his turn. Enemies can't gain bonus turns and whenever they try to get a bonus turn, Mitth'raw'nuruodo takes a bonus turn instead, and all allies gain Tactical Insight until the end of the encounter, which cannot be prevented.

If Mitth'raw'nuruodo is not in the leader slot, disable the leader ability of the ally leader.

All Imperial Remnant allies gain Stealth for 2 turns at the start of battle. If Captain Pellaeon is present, he gains Instant Defeat Immunity and Damage Immunity for 1 turn at the start of battle. If Mitth'raw'nuruodo is in the leader spot and not the ally spot, activate all Imperial Remnant allies leader abilities, if any; they're deactivated once defeated.

Unique 2: Galactic Legend
This unit takes reduced damage from percent Health damage effects and massive damage effects. They take massive damage from destroy effects (excludes raid bosses) and are immune to stun effects.

This unit has +10% Max Health and Max Protection per Relic Amplifier level, and damage they receive is decreased by 30%.

Ultimate: Masterstroke
Requires 100% Ultimate Charge to use.

If Mitth'raw'nuruodo is in the leader slot and not the ally slot: Whenever an enemy gains or loses bonus Turn Meter, Mitth'raw'nuruodo gains 1% Ultimate Charge. Whenever an ally attacks out of turn, Mitth'raw'nuruodo gains 2% Ultimate Charge. Whenever an ally gains a bonus turn, Mitth'raw'nuruodo gains 6% Ultimate Charge.

When Mitth'raw'nuruodo reaches 100% Ultimate Charge, he gains an immediate bonus turn.

Instantly defeat the enemy leader and inflict all other enemies with Demoralised. This can defeat Galactic Legends, and can't be prevented by any means. If the enemy leader is already defeated, instantly defeat all enemies.

Raid bosses: All allies gain a Bonus turn, and they gain double raid points for the rest of the encounter.

I defiantly like how you Tackled the Leadership. As I was reading I saw it as a very small leadership. However, once reading in the Unique, I saw how you tackled that. Yet Some Imperial Remnant ally leaderships have limitations. I have always wanted to see CG use something like this. Like even the current Grand Admiral Thrawn could use this too, to allow some smaller Imperials to add their leaderships like Gar, Tarkin, Piett, and Krennic. I also like the unique Ultimate. I know CG won't do this yet its really a cool idea to eliminate a GL lead with a GL.

Legendary character don't need long leader abilities to be good; look at Jedi Knight Cal Kestis
