New raid cost

We better get 2-3 full gear drops then otherwise wtf is the point.

With the character shard leveling from position 4 onwards, I wouldnt be surprised if the total number of shard rewards per raid increased. This alone would justify a cost increase to start the raid.

I just hope it's not scaled too separately. Would like to see top 3 get 8-10 shards and 4-50 get at least 5 shards, especially with new raid cost being higher
