If everyone in your guild worked on getting a shaak/501st team to R5, and got JMK/CAT (or really ANY GL other than SEE), you'd be beating CPit in less than a year. If everyone had Shaak/501st that gets you all the way through P2 and P3. It's hard. It's not impossible, and it's not out of reach - it takes focus. If you spent more time planning and getting the rest of your guild on board and less time with this 'poor me, CG is terrible' nonsense you'd be surprised at how much progress you can make in a relatively short amount of time.
