New TB info: MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR Complaints

Well most of the community didn't know about shard chats and payout manipulation for a while. People who took advantage of shard chats very early had the resources to be doing multiple refreshes per day and also back then mod acquisition was hard, the one way you could farm mods was through the mod challenges which you had to spend energy on. People like you who started the game very early and had access to payout manipulation got a massive head start.

You are making a huge and wrong assumption. I got no head start and I'd thank you for not telling people something that is not true.

I started the game very early, then I took a 6 month break, then came back to it very behind. I slowly caught up, but it wasn't until a year before the took away the Squad Arena crystals that I was consistently top20, and it wasn't until less than 6 months (I don't remember the exact number) before the took away the Squad crystals that I was taking 1st place.

And so you know, for the first few years there were no crystal payouts for fleet.

So, yeah, for 3 years I was struggling along with very few crystal rewards, and then I got fleet, and then I moved up in squad slowly after that by using my fleet payouts to focus on making Squad better (but also some of those were used on keeping me up-to-date in fleet).

So I was NOT someone who was hopping along with 1/1 in both arenas from early on.

You just asked me if I was 1/1 before they killed crystals to squad -- and I was, barely. But only for a few months.

I worked my bum off to slowly catch up to my shard after my 6-month break. I would have been better off in Squad at least if I had just started a new account, because then people in my Squad shard wouldn't have been ahead of me.

I worked for years. I didn't have a short cut. I didn't collude to keep others from rewards. And as soon as I hit the top they announced that they were going to take my crystals away.

Don't look to me as an example of someone who doesn't know what it's like to live off marginal resources. That was me the whole first 3 years until they put crystals in fleet: marginal.
