Next (3rd) Grand Inquisitor event, when?

Last time we got information 50 (?) days before the event in game. There is nothing now. Does that mean it is >50 days away?

Why didnt you have everyone ready for the first appearance and definitely the second appearance? CG said they would be big in the future when they were announced. Seems you guys got caught slackin.
