I'd rather say that they either scrap the two legendary/journey requirement but keep/increase the GP thresholds or one of the required teams is GR with Padmé.
I just don't see padme and her requirements fitting. I just can't an event that makes sense using her and her requirements together. I suppose they could make it her and galactic republic but that would be straying pretty far from the "epic confrontation" attributes. From what they have said, they are likely to stray from them but I think that means that it'll be at least 4 of the above 6. And padme being needed doesn't match any of them.
If the only similarity is short notice, then that is just a cop out.
I could see padme being needed if we got another separatist legendary that required galactic republic to unlock. Then they could tease an epic confrontation at the end and use padme with galactic republic and the new legendary with seps. But I don't see a separatist legendary that would fit.
