Nihilus Annihilate in Galactic War

Would be nice if his pretty cool ability would't start a new cooldown every time a new battle start's in Galactic War. From what i know, the cooldown times should be shared from one battle to another. But not Annihilate. Is that a bug or just nerf for DN ?

    Annihilate starts every battle on cooldown. It's in the ability description.
