No credit for completing Fleet Daily Quest

I have never seen this before, but I'm strongly suspecting it's directly connected to the Arena reshuffle and expect that even if I'm the first, it will be affecting others soon and the morning forum will be awash in people anxious about not getting rewards. 

Daily Quests are ... not ridiculously important if you only forget a day, but with the Era system completing them as often as possible is crucial to your advancement. Being blocked from completing fleet is 300 era whatevers, and then also robs you of daily completion for another 1600. This is 1900 or about 1/3rd of one node on the era track. 

This needs to be fixed, even if there's a workaround (and I'm in the process of exhausting my attempts and using this last attempt to time out and seeing if one of those conditions will make the fleet battle completion register). In the meantime, here's are 3 screenshots illustrating the problem.
