No Galactic Legend Hondo Ohnaka. Just add him to the journey guide

Why just dont put him as a simple character which unlocks from the journey guide? Hypothetically Galactic Legends are the more powerful characters in game. And now a Pirate will be winning Jedi and ...

The game isn’t meant to be balanced that way, for one. And even if you want to say he “couldn’t beat force users” he held both Obi-Wan and Count Dooku hostage during the clone wars, so he obviously can beat force users. Overall, though, the game just isn’t made where the counters are based on lore, because then Darth Vader would beat 90% of the characters.
