"Technically" the Nebulons are capital grade ships. (IE Not Fighters / Gunboats / Light Freighters)
But, they are not "Star Destroyers / Heavy Cruisers" or larger in class.
Agreed, Profundity or Liberty, maybe w/ Mon Motha as the Commander would be good choice.
