No Thrawn mythic event??

I don't see it in my events while i have 7* Thrawn since november, doesn't it exist?

Yup. Just a timing issue. I think Yoda and Palp will be getting one though iirc.

Exact, thrawn mythic not ready yet. But yoda and palp will have one next time
