Grevious is going to be the same way. Just keep farming for the other characters you want, and in 6 months, you'll have everyone except Vader and Grevious complete. At that point, all of your shards will become shop currency anyway.
If I wait for them to be last...
It will take me about:
121 days to run out GW shipment heroes
254 days to run out of Cantina Mission heroes
269 days to run out of Arena shipment heroes
365 days for Cantina shipment heroes
541 days for regular energy heroes
So in 6 months, ~183 days, I wouldn't even have him unlocked.

uhhh no its worse than that. Normal hero is 10 to 1, Grievous is 15-1.
