Agreed, nearly every day at some point between the 4 times it refreshes I find some Gold (maybe Purple) mod with 4/5 speed on it that won't cost me anything to take to L12 & see how high I can get it.

Not to mention it costs money to LEVEL the mods too & if you sim Mods even a few times a week that gives you a bunch more.

I've been playing since 2017, 9 years, I still have certain Set/Primary combos that suck w/ only 7-8 speed on them.

I mean, sure, I've got lots of 20+ speed but there are still LOTS of Sub-15 speed mods in my roster.
