Not receiving bundle

Got the rey bundle and the raddus bundle on the 17th off of the webstore. Got the raddus bundle straight away but the other one is nowhere to be seen. 

Customer service is sending me everywhere, always 24 hours to reply, now been speaking to something like 8 operators who ask the same questions again and again even though i’ve tried everything in game and provided everything they’ve asked for and everything on the website. 

I’ve restored purchases more times than i can count, webstore is only linked to my main and has never been anything different (my alt is inactive anyway).

Honestly i just want to sort this out because this situations just gotten way out of hand and my patience has completely ran out. I don’t want a refund i just want what i paid for. Simple phone call would sort it out quick time. 

anyone else had this issue/ know where to fix it?
