As mentioned above the current TB situation is just a preview. The Preview ends 1 minute before DS TB ends. When TW starts the first 24 hours will be the joining phase. So after TB ends you will have 24 hours to boot and recruit for wars.

No after TB ends is player lock which means setting defense. Weve had an elogated preview phase.
