As someone who participated in the beta test, it was just like doing your daily arena battles. There is a little more strategy involved, but that will be handled by a guild officer(s), the average player only has a about 10 minutes of set up time (if that) on day 1, and as long as it takes to battle with whatever teams you have left on day 2. This is NOTHING like the time commitment of TB. Also, guild match will be done by GP of the SAME NUMBER of players locked in, as the amount of teams that can be assigned in each zone is determined by the NUMBER of players signed up. Just relax and enjoy a relaxing break from TB.
This. You can even do the setup now. Just make a few teams, tag them "TW", don't reuse toons, and done.
